Welcome to GamingLab! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications and services. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GamingLab applications, you confirm that you:

4. User-Generated Content

• You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content

• All purchases are processed through your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store)

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamingLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our applications
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our applications
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our applications

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GamingLab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our applications
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through our applications

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue our applications at any time without notice
• Modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms in our applications
• Your continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to use the applications will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our applications shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. If negotiations fail, binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh
3. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GamingLab regarding your use of our applications and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
